Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются вопросы сотрудничества Европейской организации правосудия (Евроюст) в борьбе с тяжкой преступностью на пространстве Европейского Союза. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам практического взаимодействия Евроюст с государствами-членами, органами и учреждениями ЕС, с третьими странами, не входящими в ЕС, а также определяются приоритетные направления и перспективы развития Евроюст.
