Аннотация:
Настоящая статья представляет собой аналитический обзор инновационных подходов в организации процессов глобального управления на основе построения многоуровневых структур.
Управление современными системами требует более гибких и эффективных механизмов реагирования на запросы различных акторов мирового политического процесса, в том числе и за счет перераспределения ряда полномочий традиционных участников в пользу более «молодых» членов международного сообщества. Социальные и экономические системы XXI века постоянно усложняются. Серьезной трансформации подвержены политические и правовые теории. Исследование механизмов многоуровневого управления, вовлечения новых акторов в процесс принятия ключевых решений, как во внутренней, так и во внешней политике становятся наиболее приоритетными направлениями для изучения.
