Аннотация:
В статье рассматриваются современные антикризисные меры, принимаемые в финансовой сфере ЕС. Эти меры можно условно разделить на три группы. Первая группа мер направлена на усиление финансовой дисциплины в рамках Союза; вторая группа мер охватывает изменения в налоговой системе ЕС и в системе собственных ресурсов, направленные на развитие гармонизации налогообложения и усиление бюджета ЕС; к третьей группе возможно отнести действия в рамках оказания финансовой поддержки отдельным государствам – членам, особенно пострадавшим в результате кризиса. Все названные меры принимаются во взаимосвязи друг с другом и преследуют общую цель, состоящую в восстановлении экономической стабильности и силы ЕС как конкурентоспособного участника мирового рынка. Одновременно рассмотренные в статье реформы являются шагами на пути к общеевропейской централизации в налоговой сфере.
