Abstract: The article describes a new kind of educational and extreme tourism – speleotourism. The author examines the question of organization and development of speleological tourism in Yakutia from scientific-educational perspective of studying the geographical peculiarities of the region – rupestral and runic-like inscriptions, as well as offers the methods and mechanisms for the development of this type of tourism, which is a promising direction of inbound and outbound tourism in Yakutia and attracts a large number of tourists-researchers. The article employs the methods of recreational zoning, SWOT-analysis, field observations, comparative-geographical method, analysis of the documents and fund materials of the institutions and organizations, as well as literary sources. The scientific novelty of this work lies in providing the analysis of development of speleological tourism in the Sakha Republic, determination of geographical peculiarities of its development, and formulation of recommendations for the advancement of this type of tourism in the region. Tourist routs, composed with consideration of geographical objects, contribute to protection of the environment, cultivate the sense of harmony with nature in a person, awareness of its fragility and vulnerability, forms environmental responsibility and culture.

The author examines the question of organization and development of speleological tourism in Yakutia from the scientific-educational aspect, studying geographical peculiarities of the region – rupestral runic and runic-like inscriptions. Recommendations are made on the mechanism of advancement of such type of tourism, which is one of the promising vectors in development of inbound and domestic tourism in Yakutia that attracts a large number of tourists-researchers. The following research methods are applied: recreational differentiation of territory, SWOT anslysis, field observations, comparative-geographical, analysis of documents and library materials, literary sources. The scientific novelty consists in the analysis of development of speleological tourism in the region, identification of geographical peculiarities, as well as recommendations on advancement of such type of tourism in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Tourist routes, comprised with the use of geographical objects, contribute to protection of the environment, cultivate the sense of harmony with nature, realization of its fragility and vulnerability, forms ecological consciousness and culture.

Аннотация: Предметом исследования является речной круизный туризм, как одно из перспективных направлений развития туристского потенциала Республики Саха (Якутия). Речные круизы - высокодоходная сфера деятельности речного транспорта. Российская Федерация обладает уникальными возможностями для организации речных путешествий.Однако в последнее годы развитие речного туризма, как и в целом туризма в стране, сдерживается трудностями как объективного, так и субъективного характера. Уникальность водных ресурсов Якутии, природные и культурные ресурсы прибрежных зон ее судоходных рек формируют большой туристский потенциал развития речного круизного туризма. В последнее время наблюдается повышение туристского интереса к региону и связанная с ним активность в отрасли. И в этой связи вопрос о том, как развивается круизный туризм на реках Якутии, какие именно проблемы имеются и как их нивелировать видится весьма актуальным и своевременным. Методологической основой исследования послужили научные труды и исследования Н. Д. Алексеевой, Н. Л. Безруковой, М. Н. Войт, Д. Хадера о речном круизном туризме в Европе и России, а так же нормативно-правовые документы о развитии туризма в Российской Федерации и Республике Саха (Якутия). Методы исследования: научный поиск, систематизация, теоретическое исследование, теоретический анализ, планирование и прогнозирование. Научная новизна исследования заключается в анализе современного состояния мирового рынка круизного туризма, речного круизного туррынка Европы и России. Проанализирован туристский потенциал круизного туризма на реке Лене в Республике Саха (Якутия), выявлены проблемы и предложены направления совершенствования речного круизного туризма в Якутии.
